Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and participating in classes hosted by The Crafted Comfort Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You understand that sewing and craft-based activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the use of sharp tools (such as needles, scissors, and rotary cutters), sewing machines, irons, and other equipment that may cause injury.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in these activities.

You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless The Crafted Comfort Studio, its owner, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided during the class.

You confirm that you are participating voluntarily and are responsible for your own well-being.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.
