Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All sales are final. Due to the time and effort that goes into prepping and purchasing for each session, we do not offer refunds on class bookings, private sessions, or consultations.

If you need to reschedule, we're happy to help — just contact us at least 72 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the class start time cannot be accommodated.

No-shows and late cancellations forfeit their session with no option to reschedule.

If the cancellation happens on our end, you will be offered a full refund to your original form of payment or the chance to reschedule.
